Malaysian deliveries will be made 3 to 7 days for all orders received.

For special occasions such as Valentine's Day and other special dates where gifts are in big demand, please submit your order at least 7 days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks. Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays and/or Sundays.

We deliver to most major cities in Malaysia however there may be additional charge for some areas.

1. Click “New Order” and Create an Account for first timer.
2. Click on Picture or “Item No.” to select item.
3. Click "Add to Cart" button.
4. Repeat Step 2 & 3 to continue shopping.
5. Amend your shopping cart with "Delete" button.
6. Click "Check Out" Button to proceed to order details.
7. Select payment mode and fill in your order details.
8. Furnish complete address, telephone contact and message.

05) What happens when the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we may choose to:

1) Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call us and arrange a convenient time for redelivery.

2) If instructed by the customer, call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.

3) If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to their place of work.

Please note: Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 to 5). Deliveries in the early morning or after 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. would require prior arrangement.

06) Can my arrangement be delivered on Sundays & Public Holidays?

Kindly acknowledge us earlier ( 3 - 7 days) for deliveries to be made on Sunday and Saturday.

At all times we will strive to deliver on the date prescribed, and if we are not able to, we will advise you as soon as possible.

On occasions like Valentines & Mothers Day we will be extending our hours of delivery. For these peak occasions, we strongly advise you to place your order earlier.

07) How far in advance can I place an order?

You can place an order up to 30 days before the delivery date.
